I was at Pala/Fox yesterday and during Ferrandis' podium speech, I could have sworn he mentioned walking being part of his training routine. It was super loud plus my hearing isn't what it used to be so I may be way off, but thought I heard him say he walks and rides every day? Did anyone else hear that?

I thought the same: "He credits D.V. for making him walk everyday?"
Then when he got to, "Teenagers just need to walk and they can achieve", the lightbulb came on over my head.

Well shit.... There goes any chance i had to walk to a local championship….. Silly

I like DF and his interviews are pretty funny. Challenging at times to understand him, but its nice to not hear the robot sponsor speech all the time and actually show some emotion.

Shit! Whilst at the Pala national I walked over 15k steps, 6.2 miles and climbed the equivalent of 19 floors. Thought I was well on my way to a championship training program.
