Ok so there’s a really good (but sad) thread on the tragedy of Bruce Bunch, Rick Hemme and Kyle Fleming in Old School Moto. Unfortunately a lot of photos aren’t available to view i think due to photobucket.
Hopefully this thread gets some of those photos back and others from around the world we haven’t seen

1985: The very beginning. I didn't even have boots yet...
1989: 12U French Champion
1990: 12-14: French Champion
1989: I started racing 80s at then end of 1988 on a '89 RM80. Everything broke on that bike. Gear box, frame, clutch etc... My dad sold them and we bought Kawis. I bought bikes then haha
Early 1989 on JMB's private track. JMB was starting to ride again after a wrist injury. That's a saturday or sunday in March. On the right, it's Sorby.
I wish there was more of Bradshw on minis
I don't remember seeing any pictures of him riding it, but Ezra Lusk's DMC KX60 was one of the baddest minis ever built...
Awesome thread.
The little bike that changed the landscape.
Pit Row
Wow, the names from the 85 class in 2002, SERIOUS talent.
Deming, New Mexico 1988
My friend and my first race.
I miss those days.
The original. When Jeff's XR75 started getting beat by the 2 strokes, his dad stepped it up
FMF took it over
CH Racing got into the game
PK Racing went big and signed Jimmy Holley to race for them.
I found them as bare frame kits in Missouri, complete bikes from the Grismer family that owned Carlsbad Raceway, with ice spikes in New Hampshire, down in New Orleans with a chrome plated swing arm...
Had a friend on the floor of the Astrodome shooting pics on amateur day. Jerry Surber here , laying down the style on a Mini Elsie.
Couple years ago, another Vital member found it in a Craigslist ad somewhere here in Texas.

Here are a few of me from a year earlier on my '82 RM80. I didn't even have real boots at first. That's how it was in the '80s, peeps!
That's Ryan Hughes sitting on the starting gate. I think he was in 9-11 80cc Novice at the time. (I was a 12-16 80cc Beginner.)
