Let me start out by saying that I absolutely love my Fasthouse gear. I like what the company stands for and I like the fact that they don’t follow the same mold as most gear companies. No crazy designs or color combos, just good, clean designs.

But I do have an issue with my most recent purchase. I purchased a new jersey with my name and number on it for next year. When it arrived the name and number were correct but it was the completely wrong jersey! I have emailed them a few times but have gotten no response and calling them will not work as I work in a steel mill Monday-Friday from 7am to 7pm. I also understand that they are probably flooded with orders and emails given that it is Christmas time. I have no problem keeping the jersey as a spare since it is customized I understand I can’t really return it. All I was looking for was Fasthouse to maybe send me the correct jersey or offer some type of partial refund, not asking for full price.

Guess I’m asking what other avenues could I pursue with this or am I just stuck? Once again I love the company and their gear just a little frustrated is all.

We just got Fasthouse into our shop in Norway, and the communication aspect has gone really well, even through a couple of phone calls. Just sounds like you're in some bad luck, which is unfortunate and shouldn't really happen!

Try using another e-mail to reach them.

ridersupport@thefasthouse.com
contact@thefasthouse.com
orders@thefasthouse.com

Very unlikely, but might want to check it; My e-mail was marked as spam so they did not receive my mail a few times.

Send a message on their Facebook or Instagram :-)

Hope you get it sorted!

I never thought about the rider support email. I’ll try that one and see where that gets me.

Yep, try that one. I know if you inquire about jersey printing on their website, that is the one they have listed, so that should be the main guys who do the prints.

It's always been my opinion that emails are not the best way of communication. A phone call may get you quicker and better results.

Based on where they are located, they may have run into some troubles due to the ongoing wildfires. I hope all is well with them, but it is possible the fires have sidetracked them a bit.....
