Here’s a stocker for comparison of color. Not sure if yours is anywhere close to this one?

Ps. The guy’s dirty bike almost gave me PTSD

Some nice Ferracci bling on the bike !!! So pinching myself still and can’t believe I really own one after seeing the bikes in magazines over 20, 21 years ago and drooling over them as a young teen in magazines now I really own one myself !! Every night I get home from work I just go out in garage and just stare at her and have a beer

Made a stand at work and going to come in this weekend and give it my first try lacing some
Rims I looked at buying one but it would be over 200 with shipping so going try this first

Be sure the rims you have are Husqvarna specific. A regular Japanese/KTM rim will not lace up. They use a different drill pattern and if I remember correctly one side will lace up but the other won’t.

These came off a 125 from the team his friend bought in 2003 was a 2002 team bike . I know about the spoke pattern I looked into it and found out husky had their own weird spoke pattern because I never thought I would find these rims so was going try buy stock ones from a 2003 kx250 but they would of been silver and would had to get custom spokes made

I had to step up and pay pretty big price to get them but I don’t think I would of ever found them anywhere else

I believe 131 is Bryan McGavran. Other bike might be 40 Travis Preston?

I forgot all about Paul Veracka #96 who rode for Ferraci. Before that he was on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles team for Kawasaki.

I don't know if you came up with something but I used a bracket from a '02 Honda CR250 to mount my JD box. The rubber strap was cut out of a CDI holder, but I don't remember exactly what I used. It may have been from the same bike.

That’s how mine is mounted on the 125 at the moment but we are looking into making some carbon holders similar to the original option FBF used to sell

We are looking into getting some more of these CR250 bash plates and water pump bash plate made with some mounting brackets for the bash plate not sure what to do regarding mounting the water pump bash plate yet obviously the team modified the chassis to just bolt these items on but not everyone will want to weld there chassis up

We are also looking into 125 bash plates too copies of the works connection plate really

Some billet clutch baskets are now in production for CR250 huskies to replace OEM unit from 1998-2006 models but with modified and strengthened fingers all hard anodised will include back plate and fixing screws so if anyone needs to replace that old clutch basket we should have them by mid December or early January

That cone pipe looks so cool !!
It was a Scalvini pipe. It looked super cool, but I actually liked the DEP and PC pipes better. You can barely see the back side of the CDI bracket in this picture. This CDI had a single piece plug connector, instead of the two piece that the '02 CR250 had. FBF was no help, so I had to figure out how to hook it up. Finally found a KX harness that had a plug that would mate to the box. Then figure out how to pin it out. I didn't like the connector sticking out to the side, so I mounted it pointing up. This was the second 250 I built. It actually started as a 300, but I didn't like it as much as the 250, so I swapped out the top end for 250 stuff.

Hope to be able to get the carbon cdi mount and skidplate from you once you get them made up
