Don’t forget a bit of resin or silicone to hold sprocket clip in place we used to do that on the team bikes

I hope it's nice and warm where you live, so you can rip that thing. Do you have team gear for FBF So Cal to complete the effect?

Another cool find I have been looking for NOS from 2001 period correct renthal ultralite front sprocket same as team ran. Renthal doesn’t make these anymore for Italian husqvarnas just the solids ones not the ultralite like the team ran so pretty dam happy getting my hands on this .

I can't wrap my head around how can people have like 20 years old discontinued parts in original wrap somewhere. Blink You are magician or are using time travel the whole time. Grinning

I must spend at least 4 hours every day/night doing that the last 4 months. I have gotten parts from Canada,UK,Germany,Netherlands and a lot from the US. it’s been paying off and it’s almost over thank god!!! lol

Err err we just keep the stuff thinking one day it will come in for something and hey presto 20 years fly by and some folks are building replicas or trying to restore the original works bikes they just happened to find from someone who didn’t know what they had
We still have some old stock we have even still got a prototype rear end for the factory husqvarnas from 1998 and 99 with a carbon air box we just don’t have a right side panel or the seat that fits it correctly it might come in if we find a decent donor bike to do a replica

Hell yeah man! Don’t you love the feeling of finding that rare part after hours and hours and days of checking the same search terms over and over?

Glad you found that subframe!

Yeah I couldn’t believe when I got the message from the guy I still don’t believe it kind of. I was told by other people I would never find one only a handful were made for the team . The one mechanic from FBF that sells stuff on eBay said I would never find one and pretty much laughed at me for asking him about it . it was a guy on Facebook page for Italian husqvarna I posted few weeks back asking anyone for help finding one and he messaged me back still just a couple days ago, can’t believe it lol. He got from FBF 16 years ago he said when the team was shutting down selling everything off he lived in PA at that time and owned a 1998 or 1999 husky wr but the subframe never fit it and had just held on to it since lucky for me .
