Guy was probably drunk and wrecked his ride. Bury it and report it stolen. Insurance buys you a new car for free.

It was at Trey Canards old house. That is why he retired, got some jail time for insurance fraud to do, lol. Just joking. I have a few old cars I bought for parts and was thinking about putting then in some of my jumps to save dirt. Now I'm going to do it for sure, lol.

Insurance fraud for sure. Would have been much better off to have burned it. What an idiot to bury it on his own property, and then sell the property!

I know an ex factory rider who buried some works bikes parts. Was told to destroy them when the season was over instead of sending them back to the mfg. race shop. He had land and a dozer. Many years later he needed a frame...scraped away until he snagged a subframe.pinch

Kid or Dad wrecks SUV, can't explain it doesn't want to own up to it, buries it reports stolen spends half insurance money on Dirt scooters and Beer , the other half down payment on New Truck to haul bikes.

The rest is all part of the Master criminal files ha ha

I would rather find a hidden track in my backyard while working on my truck. WAY better outcome.

Statute of limitations on insurance fraud is 5yrs...I guess they could find a way to still charge him if he's left the jurisdiction or if they can prove conspiracy.
