Found this pipe the other day for my Yz250, not a production pipe from pro circuit, was told it was one of reeds pipes but unable to confirm that but definitely cool

Looks dope! Can you cite the differences between this and a standard PC pipe aside from the brazing? Perhaps different shape or multiple gauges of pipe to shed weight yet hold up to roost on the front? Care to share where your found it at?

Yup it is. Good ol'YRT 27. I think Payton made his production pipes for YZ 250's the exact same at some point. We had that 25.5 and one that was 27...everyone liked the 25.5

I don’t know much about it other then it was a factory pipe, I was just looking for a works pipe and this one came up and far less then the 249.99 that pro circuit wants for one so I grabbed it

I always figured these would probably make less power on a normal bike than a regular pc pipe because they would be tuned for all the light weight works internals, high comp pistons etc... Kind of like how youd lose power with a 3” exhaust on a non turbo or non heavily modified 4 cylinder engine.
