sheesh ktm get away with running a 'fe' version but if someone wants to run a tm or beta they have to wait for the oem to get 400 in the country and then get it homologated..

KTM doesn't get away with something special, they follow the rules. Beta could do the exact same...

The rules are always tricked by big companies and their only reason of being is to create semi monopolies and high pay jobs for the public servants that wrote them and know the loopholes.
