Facebook for rentals

Interested if anyone else has tried listing a rental property for rent? I put my house up, with pictures and within five minutes I start getting calls and people commenting and calling. Ten people called yesterday and I only talked to one so far and probably will have it rented before the week is up. I take back most of the bad things I have said, Facebook rules.

How do you plan to screen these potential tenants?

I thought I was in non moto. Sorry. Pull a credit report and the city where it’s located has a crime free zone and the city does background checks

Yeah no, I don't know about that. I pay a real estate agent $100 per month and she manages our condo in Missouri and screens or tenants for us. We haven't missed a month of rent and are on our second tenant. We don't really have any way of managing it ourselves since my wife and I are in California
