Looks jiggy!Wink

Always impressed with what it takes to produce a part, so thanks for sharing that pic. Now , how about something equally as impressive for us 2 stroke fanatics?

^^^ This! My FMF Titanium2 silencer is actually heavier than the stock one on my CR250.. How about something light and trick for us 2-stroke guys! Maybe carbon fiber? I'm going to buy another full carbon Scalvini unless someone is going to start making one in Canada/USA over the off-season.

Not sure if you weighed them side by side, but the Ti2 weighs 1.9LBS to the Honda STOCK OEM which is 2.5LBS.

It does meet the 112DB FIM Max level.. 114.9 is the actual limit for the FIM and 115 post race.

My scale says 2lb 3.6oz for stock and 2lb 5.6oz for the Ti2, but both are used and perhaps the packing is more saturated in the packing of the FMF. Not busting your balls, just wanted to say full carbon 2stroke silencers would probably sell like hotcakes.

Haha no worries, we know you are! We have talked about Carbon 2-Stroke silencers before and not 100% sure where that was left off. I will check though and get back to you with my R&D Department.

I just got word we are about 6 to 8 weeks out on the CF MegaBomb shields. Note: these will be a stand alone product no updates will be made to the headers.

With sound requirements becoming lower with almost each passing year, exhaust brands and teams are working to keep their bikes below the limit. This insert in Cooper Webb’s YZ450F helped suppress the noise without sacrificing the overall power.

Thanks for this as I didn't make the MEC this year. The wing insert is one I haven't seen before........interesting.
