Years ago, Extrude Hone was heavily advertised in all the Moto Mags. I never see any adverts for them anymore. They had a process of forcing a paste like substance (kinda like valve grinding compound is my guess) thru 2 stroke ports to basically clean them as a skilled porting shop would. So, I looked them up and they are pretty big now venturing into aerospace stuff. Wondering if anyone had their jug or cylinder head done by them. The pics on their site look awesome and they claim to do trans components.

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They killed themselves

The 2nd link is a subsidiary of Link #1 which shows me that they are a BIG TIME PLAYER now.
Quote from main link showing the Aerospace Industry

"You make it. Extrude Hone® makes it high performance.

AFM, ECM, PECM AND TEM EXTRUDE HONE® PROCESSES.". The AFM (auto/motorcycle) now looks to dwarf the Aerospace-Big Manufacturer work they now do

Slowgti, what happened in your dealings with them ? Was it a V Dub part or bike parts ?

It was a pair of Porsche manifolds. Sent them to Pennsylvania, waited weeks and weeks. A ton of excuses why they were late, showed up half assed finished 2.5 months later

Dan Crower set up my 2017 FC350. We went with an HGS pipe, ECU, DCR cams, and then Dan sent the head out for extrude-honing. Did 63 hp on the dyno with MR12.
