How many teams are they fielding this year?

KTM HDI - Sebastion Pourcel
JM Racing KTM - Joel Roelants
TEKA Racing KTM - Roczen, Bobryshev
Factory KTM Racing - Cairoli, Nagl, Herlings, Horebeek?

Is Factory KTM Racing and TEKA KTM are two seperate teams but are they gonna merge into 1 individual team?

With that, is there no Factory Suzuki team in europe next season?

No I think Teka will be MX2 and DeCarli will be the MX1. Not sure how they are going to split the title sponsorships.

Seb Pourcel is staying with Kawi KRT

Here is a list of MX2 teams with possible riders.

KTM Red Bull : Herlings, Van Horebeek, Roczen.
KTM UK : Nicholls, Irwin.
KTM HDI : Larrieu(?).
KTM Martens : Roelants, Rauchenecker, Tixier.
KTM Diga : Triest.
KTM Silver Action(?) : Vongsana(?), Zeni(?).

Suzuki will continue to have a factory presence in the MX2 GPs next year ... despite the loss of Ken Roczen and title sponsor Teka !

"We carry on !" declared Thomas Ramsbacher, manager of the German-based team, defiantly this morning.

"We felt it was necessary to make a public commitment that the team will carry on, and Suzuki International Europe is standing behind us 100%. We met last week with Suzuki and GRP and they declared their commitment to support the current team structure. We can now engage in talks with sponsors from a concrete base. We will definitely race the GPs with at least one rider, and we still hope to have two riders if we can raise the finance."

The tall German declined to name riders, but it is no secret that the name at the top of the shopping list is Valentin Teillet; the 2008 european champion has had two traumatic seasons, crashing regularly but showing occasional flashes of brilliance. Ramsbacher admitted his admiration for the 20 year old several weeks ago: "I think he has a lot of talent just waiting to be unleashed in the right environment."
