Not really, He got 12 months suspended for 2 years, So if He stays out of trouble for the 2 years He is all done no Jail time.

Sounds like they let him off easy.

it's also got a weird soil....a touch too much and's slicker than a whiskey fart, a drop not enough and it's a dust bowl. It's super hard to get the prep right.
I believe that was forecast rain because they normally leave it sealed when that's the case.
