I didn't watch the first motos until tonight. Right before Tomac passed him Grant threw a WTF hand off the bar going by the mechanics area. Anyone know what his pitboard said?

Apparently the pit board said, "Don't worry grasshopper, his brakes will fail soon."

You only misspelled one word. It would be Let Ely Bye

Ideally, you want to misspell the name too. "Let Elli Bye" for the full effect. Wink

I think it was too soon to see the boards...looked to be like he was just shaking out a bunch in his glove or jersey sleeve

Josh's motor was expiring and was getting slower every lap. That's what his hands were gesturing.
If the motor wouldn't have started losing power, I doubt Eli would've past Josh. His lap times fell off due to loss of power.

To those who actually think that Kawasaki would ask Josh to pull over and let Eli pass in the 2nd round are crazy. Please stop over analyzing the situation !!

For the record, I agree with you Langham, his bike was losing power and I think he was giving his guys the ol WTF gesture. I just felt the need to fix the historical mis-spelling by the OP, in good fun. C'mon people Kawi did NOT ask JG to move over for Eli!!!

My Bad, the historical reference is in fact bye. The grammatically correct word is by.
