Eli's bike issue?

Seemed like it could have been a tranny issue to me, the way it rolled free for a moment, then locked up.
Any of you mechanical wizards care to throw out a guess?

Looked to me like it rolled until he tried to bump start it then never tried to put it back in neutral. But I could have missed something

The 450 kawi team only cost him this weekend. rest were elis own doing or the rock breaking the master cylinder at glen helen...

Sx 2017 Arlington- His front break locked up causing him to go down as well, finished 15th.

I read on another website it was a special shock cooler because he's so big and aggressive on his bike that when he steers with the rear like you have to do to ride a Kawi, he overheats the shock. I figure that it pulled the heat from his shock and made the engine run hot until it melted the bottom end. That's why his wheel locked up. They'll never admit it though.

Think about how much more is expected of Eli's bike given how fast he rides it.
That extra couple of seconds per lap he is putting on the field must to put a lot more stress on his equipment.

Why did he try to bump start it and not kick it?

I would guess they put it in neutral to push it back to the pits?

It rolled fine up through the banner and down the hill till he clicked it in gear. He probably tried kicking it on the track?
