I’m starting to like Eli more. Not as flashy as my last hero, JS7, but he keeps it interesting.

Saw him race SX once, it was beautiful.

Eli will most likely crush him at Millville
Makes things more interesting now. Cool

I'm thinking this is where Marv gets on a roll like he did last year.

I honestly think Tomac will crumble under the pressure of trying to get the points lead back in a championship he likely thought was all his.

This is where the two fastest guys put their heads down, the mechanics triple check everything, the managers eat rolaids constantly, the fan boys bitch endlessly...and we get to see the best racing. Ain't it great?

Eli seems to thrive playing catch up, might have been better for Marv to be close but chasing.

Marv smells blood in the water now. And fame and money. He’s going to go all out. Might be fun to watch.

He doesn't even have the speed to run away from a Roczen running at 80% and Barcia.

Yeah it will be more rewarding when he pulls away in the points again.

Marv has always been the guy motivated by fame, status, money, and flashy appearances - so this makes sense.

If I remember correctly, Kenny and JB had all moto to run him down today...

Basically even down the stretch, all that momentum Eli gained early is gone. Marvin can win this title, he's very strong at the remaining tracks.

When's he ever pulled away in points in a 450 championship? Tomac will right the ship. He lost a whole moto and the points are still about even.

He wont crymble under the pressure IMO. look at all the motos and races he won in a row to start this outdoor season, you dont think he had pressure doing that? If his bike wouldnt have broke in this first moto, he would still have a 22 point lead.

All part of the game here, wouldn't be the first championship lost to a mechanical.

At least his frame didn't break.

Can’t say he handed Marv the red plate. Not like he tossed it away with a crash. It was a mechanical issue so nothing ET3 could do about that

As far as the tracks remaining:

2017 Results:
Millville: Musquin 1-1, Tomac 2-5
Washougal: Musquin 1-1, Tomac 2-2
Unadilla: Musquin 1-1, Tomac 10-5
Budds Creek: Musquin 2-4, Tomac 7-1
Ironman: Musquin 2-2, Tomac 5-6

Then again last year doesn’t matter. But Marvin is historically better on the second half tracks.

For fame and money, motocross is where it’s at, baby. I think I saw Kdub and RC hangin’ at the Cannes Film Festival.

I gotta admit I’ll be rooting for Mathildes husband but the beast Tomac impressed me today pushing that dead Kow with a locked up rear end. So surprised he didn’t drop it where it stopped and walk away. The strength of these the top few guys is amazing.

You sure about that ? He put Tomac in the dirt for 100K bonus and a supercross win just a few months back. Now he’s got the red plate and looking at a championship and huge bonus.

What? He crashed like 3 times in the second moto. He also crashed twice in moto 2 last week. I dont think its him crumbling under pressure like years past this seems to be hes so confident that he lost a little bit of focus. He put 14 seconds on Marv last week in 3 laps, that is god mode level speed. He didnt need to do that. I think hes been soo on it that he kind of went in autopilot a little bit. This will refocus him. Marv has consistency but their speed is on different planets right now. Eli needs to back it down a lil.

Oh yea another thing I dont get is last week and this week when he falls his levers get all jacked up and really screw up his race. Theyre so tight he cant move them at all mid race. Theyre tight as hell and for some reason pros never use the unbreakable levers they just get some stock bend billet factory levers. Why the hell is this? The C class rider shouldnt have better tech than factory bikes why do the pros do this? Being too tight has cost eli 2 races in 2 weeks so when he falls they move a ton then stay there.
