Hey guys, obviously it’s early in the championship, but with Eli and Kenny possibly creeping away in this title, I gathered some info to compare their stats over the course of their career. Check it out on my blog here! 🤠http://revvedupblog.com/category/feature

Cool to see those stats. They are definitely linked in their greatness.

Coop is a player... and likely a couple of others. it is way to early in the season.

Anything can happen!

Great stats, good job.
Crazy KR didn’t win more 250 MX races.
The finishes outside of top 10 are a concern for Tomac.

Eli May be a tic faster here and there but Roczen can start and his first 2 laps are basically perfect. Then he falters around the 17 minute mark sometimes. Eli starts are a crap shoot at best. Who you put money on if you had to? Me? Kenny

Id put money on tomac. Kenny making it entire seasons with no massive illness or injuries has been rare last few years. Tomac has made nearly every race since his shoulders in 15 hasnt he? He's also won 3 straight outdoors and finished top 3 in sx those three years as well. Kenny has not fared as well in the same amount of time.

Thanks for your work TD248. Arguably and oddly Roczen and Tomac have never battled over a season in the big bikes while both were clearly healthy. Until the 2020 SX season (so far).

These 2 guys were my picks for the SX championship this year. Going to be fun watching the season unfold as a fan.

Roczen only rode two seasons of 250 MX stateside and in 2012 he was pretty much steamrolled by Baggett, Barcia and Tomac who were in a 3-way battle for the title. He was strong early in 2013 and had the points lead, but Tomac absolutely destroyed the back half of that series with something like 12 Moto wins in a row. If you want to see a guy absolutely abusing a 250F go back and watch Tomac in 2013 MX, he was unreal.

Two long whoop sections in San Diego so Coop might struggle. When the series goes back east he could be a factor but he really needs to manage San Diego.

The brutal truth right there.

If you had to put money on which one of them would win the most races for the rest of the season then you’d probably go Tomac. If you were going to put money on which one will be more consistent in the races they don’t win, you’d say Kenny. It’s very difficult to split them, could be an all timer this season
