One guy on the video stated there was recently an AMA sanctioned gas vs. elec off-road shootout and the ebikes took the top 6 spots. What was he talking about?

Were the gas bikes handicapped by ebike-friendly rules?

Not that the AMA would permit or endorse rules that would give a certain engine technology an unfair advantage over different tecnhology......

Well, I think it's very telling that the first information posted on this board (unless we all missed it) - arguably the first place to disseminate information about anything significant in the world of off-road (don't get a big head Gibby) - about an "AMA-sanctioned dirt bike shootout" came from someone no one ever heard of in a Forbes podcast.
