Beating the likes of De Dycker and Jake Nicholls on equal machinery, good effort!

The throttle felt kinda off. The bikes felt light but had crappy suspension and really bad tires.
That being said, combustion engines will never go out of style unless the treehuggers get their way.

As soon as you see one or use it, someone has made one way better.
I am sure a couple years ago technology is nowhere near what they are like now.
I have a Zero ZF-9s and the thing is bad ass. So fast, throttle response is spot on. The suspension could be better, I have a 2012 model and then for 2013 they did a massive upgrade in that department.
Imagine being able to control your motor and power output curve from an app on your phone. Well that technology is here with the 2013 Zero's.

Reminds me of 2-stroke momentum racing.
Fair play to KTM,innovative to say the least
Pit Row
As Adam43 says ssome of us will be grumping about remembering 450s and 2 strokes
When are they supposed to be for sale? Are they currently just promotional/developmental bikes?

Electric tech is moving fast. In RC, electric is the stuff now so it wont be long for full scale. I am always watching these videos waiting for the day when they have more power and are lighter than a 2 stroke.
For track use right now I am not as interested in the current e offerings, but they would be great for times when noise is not an option. Heavier, slower and louder MX options are already available and getting heavier each year... At least It looks like e bikes are headed the right direction on all fronts.
