This 110 came into where I work blown up. Picked her up for a stupid crazy deal $250. Sold the blown up engine for $100 more than I bought the Bike for a few days later. I then searched craigslist for a z125 pro. Picked the Z pro up for $1,150. from there the build had begun. I do plan on powder coating the frame and doing some Cerakote , plastics , etc. Just wanted to build and make sure everything worked right.
I used an ltr450 fuel pump an fuel pressure regulator. For the airboot to throttle body I used a radiator hose from a car and a 90 elbow to a uni filter. Had to remove stock airbox to put fuel pump there. I also have to shave then frame a little bit to let the speed sensor clear and need to slightly dent the frame for top of throttle body. If you have a 110, it’s about as much and the stock dent in the frame for carburetor.
Other than that the engine is stock right now with a PC 110 exhaust system. I and going to get a tuner an gear drive to map and help crank spin faster off a dead start. When you’re riding it, it revs super fast! I cut a piece of the frame also to run z pro wiring harness through the frame.
Here are a few pics of the build. I’ll post more later after I powerder coat, etc

On the street when I took it for its first ride the speedometer said I was doing 67, it reads from the transmission. I feel like I was around 55. The 110 does has the same size rear wheel as the z pro. I will say first gear is about useless on the track. 2nd,3rd, and 4th gear as all the same as a 110L 2,3, and 4th gear.
The Shop
That motor must be a lot of fun!
