Early September MXoN date possibility

What a huge deal if the MXoN is moved closer to the end of the Nationals and further away from the MEC.

If true it would definitely upset some people around here. Many of them have been very vocal that the date should not be changed under any circumstance.

I haven't seen anyone say that it shouldn't be moved under any circumstance, I've seen (and been) people show that it hasn't changed (that much) in 20 years and probably shouldn't be used as an excuse for a team not winning..

Since there hasn’t been a date or location of the MEC announced yet and DC has said he would move the date of the last national to Labor Day weekend if Luongo’s would move the MXDN date....maybe that is what’s happening...

There are already 3 GP's scheduled for september. If they want to do the nations in the beginning of september, they would have to cancel or reschedule at least 3 GP's. No way that's gonna happen in 2020

Read the story....it's focus is on extending the MXGP season later in the year to provide another month of media content and more time in between races. This may allow MXDN to have an early Sept date when better weather conditions exist. I didn't get the feeling this would be happening in 2020 since the schedule is already set.
