I thought this was a great way to keep your EZ up from blowing away

I care how its tied down. I don't need an EZ up dragging across the hood of my truck. And I don't want to be paying to fix anyone elses

I’m generally one of the first to show up at a track in the morning mainly so I can find a tree so I don’t have to put mine up

I just tie a corner to my truck bed.

I learned a painful lesson years ago. Cheap EZ-ups have basically zero UV protection in their tops. I got a wicked sunburn even though I was sitting in the "shade" all day.

Nicer canopy setups have a silvered top that blocks UV and won't leave you with charred skin.

Lighten up Francis, then go read the “PSA” thread about people leaving EZ Ups at the nationals. Apologies to you if you took it personally. Yes, it was a joke. No, it wasn’t directed towards you. Peace out.

I’m literally speaking from experience on the whole “dragging across the hood of my truck” situation. Ugh.....it was the last time my EZ-up wasn’t tied down. 100% my fault and it was a lesson learned the hard way.
