Good find. Interesting... one thing I always read about Aldon is his diet program was too ridiculous. It left the riders starving and fatigued a lot of the time. I hear Savage encourages eating pizza and drinking cocktails occasionally, whereas Baker would have them eating nothing but egg whites, greens and grilled chicken all the time.

You don't see any story here? Roczen and Cianciarulo used to train with Baker, who Dungey currently trains with. Those two recently left Baker to train with Savage, and Roczen criticized Baker's training methods during the off season. Dungey apparently unfollowed both of them on Ig. Dungey then refollows both of them AND their new trainer at the same time. That's as juicy as it gets on Moto social media! haha

I understand the scenario. It strikes me as vitards trying to create middle school drama, which is not a story in my opinion. It's implying that Dungey is doubting Baker and wants to pick up on some secret training methods that Savage and company would be sharing on social media. It's silly.
