Roger Decoster would have just demanded the pants buckle when he blast through the pits......and they’d frickin listen if they knew what was good for their company.

Haha!

To be fair Dungey wouldn't have crashed in the first place, he would have held on for the win.

Quad as in four singles, or quad as in, single to tabletop (not that kind) to single?

Or quad as in, mud-hole (proverbial too) and hold my beer and meat hammer?

Touché. The guy was so on point that it was easy to take for granted. You kept thinking he had to have an off week. Whether he liked the name or not, he was a frickin diesel. Was truly a joy getting to watch his career start to finish and retire going out on top like very few others in the sport have done.

Quad as in him, his hot wife and two of her friends.

As I said in another thread.

Magoo would have ripped his pants off and finished 3rd.

Then, when his doctor said he needed shoulder surgery he would have flipped him off and won the title.

Those were the days. Just watched a documentary on ole Magoo......I wasnt alive to enjoy his hey day, but it’s unreal to think of how tough those bastards were back then. Straight up maniacs.

RC woulda finished the race with his bare ass showing. He completed Nationals with britches fulla diarrhea, ankle so swollen/sprained they had to use a larger boot on his foot and bleeding stitches in his hand.

I think Eli out on his feet, he definitely could have used a standing 8 count.

It's all in the heart, i remember Jeffrey Herlings in the third moto in Lommel MXoN, started deadlast and charged all the way to Tony's rear wheel with his pants undone. He pulled up his pants on almost every jump and just kept charging.

With the mechanics area right there, I don’t get why he didn’t just pull in and have them duct tape his pants up. This was a really easy fix.

I've been downtown and seen guys with their pants at their knees running from the cops faster. Laughing
Didn't Grant Langston break his ankle/leg and finish the race? Definitely some bad ass racers in the past.
In all seriousness, I don't know what really was wrong but Tomac is pretty tough,
I don't see him just giving up for some frivolous reason.

Zulu ran half a National series with a very bad seperated AC joint and soldiered thru the pain like a complete machine. Totally badass. (sadly only to lose the title at the last moto, last few laps, to M Brown all because of stupid alumunum spoke nipples)

Langston did in 06 but in all fairness it was the last corner of the last lap at Hangtown moto 2, his bike kept running and Alessi's didn't
