Who is MPS and whats wrong with dual exhaust?
You're opening up a can of worms with that first question.

Because it looks bad ass and it quieter without a giant muffler hanging out the back that's why honda did the dual exhaust because the sound rules changed and they didn't want a giant exhaust coming out the back.

Having seen Fanelli's work first hand, I'll take a guess. Get some heater hose and clamps, I'd recommend silicone, or better yet, Gates Green Stripe, (not a shameless plug, I have no connection to Gates, I just use the shit) it'll take the heat. Go to a truck dealer to get this, it's not your regular automotive hose. Also pick up some brass fittings to make your "Y" fitting, so you'll have a way to route hose to both silencers. Jam something into the hose to the closest silencer, to restrict flow, so it will blow exhaust out the other one. This will make your bike look all cool and shit.

I'd also suggest you get a welder to reposition any mounts on your silencers, since you're building a completely custom project, and won't be able to buy them off the shelf. However, in the true Fanelli spirit, and KTM has proven this is possible, you might fashion up some plastic mounts. You can pick those up at Vato Zone, they're commonly known as Zip Ties. Body armour may be required for a stop at this store, use your own judgement, based on previous experience.

Just to get you up to date on things.....

Dual exhaust on a motocross bike is stupid for many reasons.

1. It's fuckin ugly.
2. It's twice as heavy.
3. It's twice as much shit to tear up in a crash.
4. Unless your RM125 is pre 1989, the silencer should be barely visible past the side cover.
5. You'll likely end up with a bike that runs worse than it currently does.

Worry about your riding skills more and the number of pipes less, you'll thank me later.

Unless you are a great R&D exhaust man you will find more problems than you could ever comprehend. You see 2 stroke exhaust are tuned for that engine. If you split it then every dimension would change on each pipe. This was tried many, many years ago and it never worked.

1.Its looks bad ass
2.Mufflers weigh very little and it evens out weight
3.They are behind the side panels and sub frame away from damage
4.I am trying to make a bike that is innovative if you never try to be different you never will be.

All I want to do is try.
There is really no point at all in doing it other then you have too much time on your hands. You're not being "innovative" it's an idea that has been tried before and hasn't offered any real benefits. Honda still does it for "mass-centralization" but you are riding an rm125, one of the lightest and best handling bikes out there. You will have no power gains at all, if anything your motor will run worse. The size thing doesn't matter because you are riding a 125 two stroke. And if you think it looks badass it will be tucked behind the side panels and no one will see it anyways. Have at it if you want but all it will be is a waste of time.

Just hose clamp another silencer on the other side of the bike. It'll look badass, and not screw up the performance, like it is sure to do if you connect them together!

Hall of Fame, scroll down a couple of threads. The truth should hit you like your grandmother slugging you in the face with her soggy diaper.

Gotta admit, the kid shows spunk, just can't see the exercise in futility that is about to be encountered.
At least it will look Bitchin'.

Okay now that I know what MPS is, they make bikes hokey and use lowes brackets and zip ties to mount things makes senseTongue Although I want to do it right with proper mounting and if it doesn't work right I will just run one silencer.
