He jumped 22 cars, most of today's FMX riders wouldn't jump the curb on this thing:

That guy personifies Evel better than Kaptan Robbie.

Gotta love Sturgis body paint....

Wonder what Robbie thinks, but then who cares? That takes some testicular fortitude.

Robbie is stuck in Butte, MT thanks to yet another DUI. What a wasted opportunity, he could have carried on his Dad's legacy instead he's a washed up drunk.

Most cars jumped by a 50 plus year old male wearing a white leather jumpsuit with 17 stars on a Saturday afternoon and riding a Harley.

It's a rather narrow category, but it's official.

I must have several world records then, for jumping many things on my bike.

I sat on one of those bikes at a show one time.
Freaking carb and air intake stick out past your right knee by 6 inches.

Very cool. I would love to see the back story on how they got that bike ready and everything they did to it

Doesn't look much over about 110 feet, but on an old heavy bike like that with no suspension, yeah that takes some balls, that thing would just hammer the hell outta you!

Not to discredit Doug Danger, however most of todays fmx riders would have jumped more in the last year than DD has jumped his entire life. Someone like Sheeny or Bilko could jump this blindfolded.

The Chip, a living, breathing party city on its own. You can see everything from people sleeping on the grass to million dollar bus and trailer rigs.

Some good old school concerts and about anything else you could imagine.

Several crazy biker bars at Sturgis, some of the new ones are way to comfy and trendy, compared to the old school ones.

Even that p.o.s... Doug Danger would have 1/10th of the skill of modern fmx'ers I mentioned above.

I smiled. Funny how it's so much more entertaining to watch someone jump an old bike.

Who cares about skill, don't discredit this guy. He jumped a 350 pound flat track bike with 6 inches of suspension over 22 cars. It's a throwback to Evel. Kids on 65s can jump that far, but that's not the point. This was cool.

I like it. Takes big balls and an even smaller brain to put your life on the line at what amounts to a county fair.

Exactly, that is the point of it. Smile

Oh and TXDirt there were over a million at Sturgis this year, hardly a county fair. Smile

Thank you! Now it would be cool to find out how he got to use Evel's name for the stunt show, his old trailer and bike. Seems like who ever owns the rights to Evel must be backing him?
