The UD definition was my immediate first thought as well. I don't know if they know the UD definition of that term but enough people listening will. They need to be more careful IMO.

Still not as good as the " 8 second ".... ( preferable do this with an ex )

If going from the rear position , you lean over really gently and whisper in her ear " You're almost as good as your sister ".....and then see if you can hold on for 8 seconds.
