Does WADA monitor the injured riders and make sure they are not using anything to speed up recovery?

Wow, this raises an interesting question! Seems kind of obvious that a guy with the means could (and should in my opinion) do whatever he can to get back healthy ASAP.

If they're not on the "Whereabouts" program they're not getting tested so...
