I have a 2018 ktm 350 sxf and my height is 6.3 (1.92cm) and I am thinking of buying a high seat. What do you think? They recommend it to me?

Yes, and given they sell an optional tall seat quite inexpensive it's easy to try. I am 6.1 and like the tall seat on my hsuky

Definitely. I’m also 6’3. Way easier on the knees and legs.

I’m 6’4”. The tall seat and bars nonsense for tall riders is old school thinking. As a tall rider, you need to do everything you can to lower your center of gravity to make your bike corner properly. Just get your legs in shape so you have enough strength to stand from a normal seat height.

I personly have before and would try lower pegs first, the high seat feels good, even with my squid abilities I can feel the higher centre of gravity with the seat.

Tall bars are definatly a no no.

There are pluses and minuses to tall seats.

I'm 6'6" and had the 13 350SXF.

When you go up, your relationship to bars changes. You can move the bars, but then you're moving weight too. Your standing/sitting will become easier but corners will be different. You can compensate, but it's different.

Tall bars affect jumping for me, they move your weight back quite a bit. Personally I settled on F3 Lowboy pegs in the lower position and normal bars, with a slight riser under the clamp, maybe 5 or 10mm. Play and see what you like tho!

Hey Crush,
Did you ever recover your bike or buy another?

I have very long legs and I wanted to put the seat high so that the knees do not suffer so much when I get up and sit down ... Since the knee is very flexed when sitting and it makes me very tired to get up and sit down

Ride that bitch with no seat. Stand everywhere.

Tall seat requires taller bars, or you will hit the knee under the bars in every deep ruted corner.

I'm the same height as you, and I've experimented a lot over the years. A tall seat will be nice to grab with your knees and make sitting to standing a bit easier. But it will change the center of mass when you're sitting and make cornering awkward. What I've come to find works for me, is to keep the standard seat, move the footpegs down and back a half inch (Fastway pegs) and I move my bars forward and up to the point that it makes standing comfortable. Staying fit and flexible too is important, probably more so for us tall guys.
