All I ask for is a fair price and respectful treatment, not just with dirt bikes either, but especially dirt bikes as they are depreciating from the get go and a good price at purchase is money well saved.

As a business owner I know how it works and am ok with shopping local however we do have many dealers within a couple of hours of me and I will throw their quoted prices together and compare.

That's just being diligent.

I could see $6000-6300 out the door with that 5495 price. Not 8k.... how many fees can you inflate and tack on?

The last three bikes I’ve bought have been brand new from awesome dealers, one in Texas, one In Mass and one in New Hampshire. All bikes have been zero haggling and have been below msrp and price quotes over the phone. The people I dealt with are all experienced in the Moto industry and were enthusiasts, knew about their products and were no bs. I think the most time I spent in the dealership was 45 minutes. I won’t even attempt to give the dealer a hard time or haggle if I feel like we are both happy and getting good deals.
