Different color rims

Long story short. I recently bent a rear rim on my 2016 CRF250R. These are not the stock silver, I purchased gold rims for it awhile ago. Currently I do not have the extra funds to purchase a replacement gold one. I have the stock silver rim in the trailer. My question is how ghetto would it look with one silver and one gold rim for the rest of the year? I may look at purchasing a new set this winter so that adds to the not wanting to drop the coin on one rim right now. My thought is who cares as long as I get to ride. Thoughts?

"My thought is who cares as long as I get to ride."

Exactly. WGAF. You get to ride and have fun. That's all that matters.

Who cares bro. My 250 normally has black wheels on it. But, when I go trail riding/hill climbing I put my spare wheel (silver) on with a shitty tire. It don't matter

Tomac and/or Anderson for 2020.....

+1 on WGAF..... but if you're seriously that concerned about running two different color wheels, then put the stockers on front and rear. I promise you'll have just as much fun riding with stock wheels...

Positively, absolutely 110% obsessed with anything MOTO.

I'd rather be caught with mismatched colored rims then these out at the track. These can't be real?

^^^ Those are part of their fashion line. Inspired by moto. Definitely not real MX pants.

What's next? Duct tape on your shrouds?! You cant ride that crap bro. Park it for the rest of the year.

Loosen your sprocket bolts so you don't get flat spots in the chain. Make sure to re-torque before riding next year.

It's good because it looks like you actually ride and people will be like "woh, this bro ruined a rim, what a badass!"

Gold spray paint.

Problem solved.

Are you able to see both of your wheels when you're riding? I can't so I guess it wouldn't matter to me..

It will look ghetto as hell and will still be as fun as a perfect setup. Who cares. Run it

Just ride at sand tracks and both will be covered in dirt after a lap

2 choices: Never wash it after is mudded for the rest of the year, or spray paint.

Also note, the dirt late model guys will typically cover their wheels and tires in the pits so as to not tip off their competitors of their tire choice for a given track.
I would do the same on your bike when in the pits. You don't want to be embarrassed if some big money riders happen by, or gosh forbid, some hot chicks walk by.

Drove an hour to a track once and forgot my boots. Rode in my vans all day. Another vote for fuck it, ride the bitch!

Just use the stock rim. If you don't, all your friends will be practicing and getting faster.

Those chaps are just amazing, such a fine piece of clothing right there. Need to order a pair and rock them with nothing underneath them.
