Did you enjoy the tight racing track?

Short laps but a good amount of passes and some bar to bar racing.

I really think less "separate the riders" is better.

I’m the opposite. I want to see the best riders have room to work. Start cross sucks

I'm not sure I follow. I understand the start is critical, but wasn't it less critical last night? Either way, we both got some of what we like this season!

I actually thought it provided great racing despite appearing to be a rather boring design.
There were some options in the rhythm lanes and they seemed hard to nail every single lap. Biggest disappointment, yet again, were the whoops, not because of their size, but because of their short length and placement on the track. The corner following didn’t allow those nailing the whoops to capitalise on their speed.
Usually not a fan of short tight tracks, but the opportunities were there this time, and it encouraged aggressive passing. What more could you ask of the final round?

9 out of 21 (42.9%) of the field agrees with you.

I was the first one to bitch about the track but I’m able to eat my words and say that was some of the best racing & best racing track of the year.

When the dirt is hard pack, the bikes have less power with elevation and the track is basic it is a recipe for good racing.

About as much as watching arenacross which isn't much. The speedway tracks are awesome. Just groom the jump faces and leave the rest alone.

I don’t care how long the laps are as long as they go 20 minutes plus1.

I like variety, from the SLC arenacross to Daytona/Atlanta, rain or shine.

Starting is part of racing, every racing series I watch, which excludes NASCAR, a start is vitally important. In MX the start is important even though the tracks are longer and the races are longer, a good start really helps.

If it wasn’t for macado there would be a single highlight reel from Atlanta.

Yep. Very good. I enjoy SX.
They should try this outside, with hills and trees and stuff. Like on a big patch of land out in the middle of nowhere. I hear there is actual dirt, under the grass. No dump trucks needed.

You’re right, ‘start-cross’ does suck, but what we saw on Saturday night was far from it! Plentt of passes, plenty of good racing.

I’m sure some of you ‘Bros’ simply want to complain about the tracks, lap times snd lappers because it’s en vogue.

I'd like to see them go to a 2 lap board after the twenty min is up.
20+2.

Actually. I'm all for slower and tighter. But it needs to be technical too. The top 15 are not tenths apart in speed, only easy tracks make it look like so. Make them go slower and higher.

It's annoying how every week RC brags about the top 10 being within a second of each other. He knows damn well that's not a good thing. I don't ever remember a 41 second lap time.

I enjoyed the short track as the racing felt much closer and does a better job displaying these guys talents- like how quick they rip around a tight corner (it’s unbelievable to watch sometimes).

I also liked the Atlanta tracks with the high speeds and room to stretch out.

A mixture of both is the best option..
