In the procircuit ask me a question videos(sorry I'm on a phone so I can't post YouTube links. But they are on racerx.)dean said he signed with PC for two years. Making it 5 with the team. Anyone else surprised by this? I thought it was 2013 only. Guess he's riding 450SX in 2014, unless he doesn't win a championship this year?
2014 - 450 sx where he continues to be a pain in the arse and 450 mx where he battles for the title with the other young guns, old men all put to the kerb by the likes of bam bam, tomac, wilson.

This is ( will be ) his third year in lites. Where did this 120 point rule come from?
Without going into great detail.....there are 18 rounds of SX. Not sure what coast Dean is riding for.....but lets just say that he should be racing 9 rounds in which pay points.
120 points is only winning 4 of those rounds , and taking like a 3rd.
There is a total of 175 points ( I'm guessing here ) that he "could" possibly make.
Mx Sports and FIM would boot him out of the lites class at mid-season?
Plenty of guys have ran full 3rd seasons.......and never got booted at the 120 point mark. Is this something new?
and I think it's 120 points in 3 consecutive years
You are correct on 9 lites races though, since both coasts race vegas.
Didnt Hansen get the boot out of the lites class?
Just to clarify......they're not kicking him out of the class mid season though correct? If that is the case........why in the hell would he even race the 250 class to begin with? Why not just run the 450 class now.........instead of being forced out with no hope what so ever of being able to win the championship?
I "think" what the rule means is......when he finally hits the 120 points.......and since it's his 3rd year.......he then has to move out of the class the following year. Doesn't mean they boot him out right after he scores 120 points / mid season.
Right?

Not if, but when Deano gets to his 120 points this season. He will no longer be eligable for 250 SX in seasons to come. They have changed the rules so many times that it gets confusing. But the way I understand it is that this is his last shot to win a title in the 250 class. Wether or not the rules stay the same is a whole nother discussion!
As PressPass says, supposing he doesn't make it to the line or gets the 120 points next year,PC might not stand in his was to ride the 250 in 2014 if he desperately wants to,I think he'd still be eligible wouldn't he?

Post a reply to: Did anyone realize Deano has a 2 year pc deal?
