Saw Transworld posted a picture on Instagram of Jon Ames saying that Jon was called up to fill in for the injured Chris Alldredge starting this weekend. Anyone have anymore info?

Not to start anything but your post pretty much answers your question. It said he broke a collarbone.

I never saw anything that said what he injured, only that he was hurt and Jon is filling in for him.

Edit: changed title. Realized it was not worded correctly.

Man I hate to say it but Chris may want to consider another career. Poor guy is always hurting himself.

Complete guess, but I doubt the money is coming in dump trucks from his current ride.

Bummer for Chris, always liked watching him at the local races. Hopefully he can heal up and stay healthy.

Chris is the fastest racer I've ever seen with the worst luck. I followed him during his amateur career with Yamaha and Fly racing before Team Green. He was faster than most pros when he was 16. If he can stay healthy and operate at his peak this kid would easily be top 5. Mitch saw his potential as an amateur, but his injuries and fluke luck got him out of a job and factory ride.

Sadly, I think this will be Chris' last year. There's no middle ground, it's either compete for wins or move on. He has a good head on his shoulders and I hope the best for him.
