Pretty cool first female to win a NASCAR race. Happy for her and family.

Well done..That's as text book as it gets. Short track racing rules. It is too bad that the Cup series moved toward the 1.5 mile and above tracks.

Congratulations Hailie!

Met Brian at the airport yesterday, he and Hailie were on my flight from Denver to Charlotte. Talked with him for a quick second, couldn’t resist saying what’s up to him even though he looked a little busy, been a huge fan since I was a kid... my MM hat saw some serious mileage when I was 13 years old, so I was pretty stoked to say the least, lol.

At baggage claim, some dude came up to them and asked about the huge trophy she won (they carried it on the plane), they were super nice and humble about it and told him that she got it for winning a race... I don’t think the guy realized who he was talking to, or exactly how big of a race that was to win, haha. What a gnarly family.

She will take nasca r by the horns.

Already has lots of time in overpowered race vehicles on dirt.

The talent plus looks,be in a truck next year .

On NASCAR America right now.

This is a great " feel good " thread. I dig it and dig seeing her out there doing well. And with her being so young , a lot of us could root for her for many years to come.

Cool. But I’m trying to understand why her teammate didn’t do the exact same thing to get the lead back. Looked like he had 1 or 2 perfect opportunities.

Admittedly I've never been a fan of the Mulisha stuff, per se, but I'm a huge fan of what Deegan has done/is doing with his family. He seems to have great, well adjusted and super talented kids and he looks happy. He's living the dream while building an incredible family legacy! I'm a fan, count me in.

Because she rattled inside his head!! Read what he said straight after the race....no way was he thinking calm and collected to pass her back. Was too busy being so angry to think anything else! Great move by Hailie! Well done. Awesome stuff!
