Yamaha makes the most sense with the connection to Monster and to a lesser degree Thor. I don't think he'll stay on KTM but that's just my opinion.

Deegan needs to go to Europe and ride EMX for a year with a small team to harden up and get some real experience. Won't matter what 250F he's on. As it is he would be lucky to make a SX LCQ.

The top end of AMA racing - MX and SX - is increasingly being dominated by riders with plenty of Euro experience because the US amateur system is soft.

Sarasota Eh? Where abouts? That's where I grew up and went to high school. It was a great time and place back then.

Euro tracks will be too much for him.. better stay at Cali and supercross only for biggest money.

Star…. It was already announced at Loretta’s. Then he had to back pedal fast to sweep it back under the rug.

Proof though?

I get the feeling that Haiden is in limbo and daddy has overplayed his hand.

I'm happy to be shown I'm wrong.

Maybe can't name any top Seppo's that raced in Europe, but the Aussie and the Frog that have done time in Europe just smoked the lot of them!

Rv2 and Osborne. Done.
There's been a few others but I don't know if u would call them top like Covington.
It really helped Osborne become the rider he is 2day and it has also helped a lot of other non European riders like Langston, Rattray, Reed and the Lawrence.
All these riders they used europe as a stepping stone to get to ride in the ama.
But going from the USA to Europe is not logical at all. If you have everything you need in your own backyard why would you go somewhere else

RV raced in Europe at the end not before he went ama pro.

Depends on the riders goals, but everything is so sx focused here in the states I don’t think riding emx would help much with that

Four of the top 6 podium positions in this years AMA outdoors were taken by ex GP/EMX riders

Ferrandis, Roczen, Lawrence and Lawrence.

People are downvoting you but you’re right. On the WTS with Jett and Hunter their dad said that if Honda didn’t move Jett up to pro early they were going back to Europe because the American amateur system was ruining everything they had worked towards. Not only that but Brian expressed on the Gypsy pod the desire for him to ride other disciplines in other countries before going pro.
