Isnt it enough just to have a winner of the 250f vs the winner of the 250 2 stoke shootouts? I just think that if a 250F won you guys would still not be happy....so yeah...
Nobody said it would be easy.

Just don't tell the people what they want based on ones personal opinion and then point out why personal opinion is why it wouldn't work.

LOL! I bet KTM are unhappy he won instead of one of their four stroke riders...
I'll for sure go check out the archive when I get a chance. Makes me at least question all those R&D $ spent on the 4 strokes Wink

It's currently impossible at this moment. Unless someone wants to start a gofundme to buy all these bikes. Ha!

If you have too many bikes don't test the rmz 250. It was last in 2017 and Will be last in 2018. Just copy and paste last years info. Like Suzuki copys and pastes the same bike.

ML512 - Did I understand correctly that your 250F test bikes are loan units from the OEM's? And the OEM's are reluctant to loan you 250T's? And if you bought a 250T, then the OEM's would be reluctant to lend you the 250F's as loan units?
Just an idea if this were not the case, as ratonmacias said above, drop the Suz 250F as it is identical to last year's last place bike, and add the YZ250 and KTM250 (skip the Husky since it's similar to the KTM). Locally here, the 250T's race against 250F's, so this test would be very relevant for the local racer's around here.

BTW, Mastin ended up going 1-1 today on the smoker on a track that he in his own words said was much harder to ride on a two stroke. I guess there's our answer. Stock motor smoker, smoking fully built four strokes.

Again for the record, I did not get along with my previous gen 250SX at all, so I am not pushing a two stroke agenda. I was just interested in seeing a heads up comparison for my next bike purchase.

The 2 stroke guys won't ever get over it, technology has passed ya by, no one wants them antiques, they tune in to watch supercross more than NASCAR, which is good, don't worry tho, there will always be chainsaws, and anyone thinks a 250 smoker will touch a 450 thump is on crack, rip 2 strokes, the 80s and 90s are over. Deal with it.

How many faux pas can you make in one debut post?

1. digging up a thread that`s been dead 2 months
2. That is one hell of a run on sentence.
3.(and most heinous) You`ve insulted the 2-stroke taliban.

You`d better be ready for a hell of a shitkicking if they take notice.

4.) Thread does not even discuss 450s at all (see thread title).
