I saw on the silly season part 1 that Deano is still listed on the Husky team. It shows Zach on 450, so it appears to be current info. I hadn't heard Dean re-upped, but I hope so.

Forgive me if this has already been discussed.

So awesome. Glad they are giving him another shot. Such a great dude both on and off the track. Huge win for the Husky team.

Wonder if Deano will train with Aldon this season. I think that might get him to that "next level".

He'll continue with Tyla Rattray.

Aldon's four man crew will be Marvin Musquin, Cooper Webb, Zach Osborne and one 250 rider...

Interesting...I know he hated FL but also has said that as long as he's racing Aldon would be his trainer...not surprising

I was thinking the same thing, I know its assumed he'll be back with Rockstar Husky as a third rider but I thought nothings signed and official yet.

I thought it was mentioned already that Jason WILL be with Aldon, but not full time at the "Factory". He does claim to be with Aldon the rest of his career.

Not to slam Tyla or his abilities as a rider and maybe even a trainer...but aside from injuries being a huge setback for Dean, he seems to lack the "fire" and outright aggressiveness that the guys who train with Aldon exhibit. Different strokes and all, I understand...but I hope he finds what's been lacking to propel Dean the upper five consistently.

You do know that Tyla works closely with Aldon right?

Did you see him at A1? He was fired up until he crashed.

"aside from injuries being a huge setback for Dean"

Maybe take a moment to reevaluate your statement because major injury after major injury might just make a guy reel it in a bit in order to finish a season and gain some momentum.

Does Roczen lack fire too?

Husky doesn't really need Dean next season do they. They have the 2018 SX Champ and the 2017/2018 250 SX Champ. Not hating on guy, he is a good rider that has battled injury most of his career. I just don't see where he fits in the picture.

If I was Anderson, I'd pay to go up to Elis. Not that far from home.

Yes people get injured all the time in all kinds of sports. What does that have to do with any of this? We all knew Zach was coming to the 450 class and Anderson is the lead man on the team. So where does Dean fit in all this. Do they need him on the team to be successful ? Is the team better with him on it? I don't see him being faster than Zach. People get cut from all kinds of teams when they do not get the results the team thinks they should. It's just business, we make it personal.

I do feel bad for anyone that has put so much time and effort into anything and then have it go away. It sucks no doubt about it, Dean has bled for this sport and he may very well end up without a ride this season. I hope he finds something if he wants to continue. There are a ton of talented guys out there that most likely will not have a ride this season, there just isn't enough $$$ in the sport anymore to pay all these guys to race.

Considering they had to hire a fill in so they even could show up to the Outdoor races this year, I'd say it would be a good idea to have a 3rd or reserve rider.....If I was a sponsor and my team could not show up b/c they have no back up or injury reserve, unhappy would be an understatement if I was paying for but had no representation at the races.
