What can you say about Dean, simply excellent guy. It definitely pulls at your heart to see wonderful stuff like this happen. I’ll bet his mom and dad were close to tears. Awesome!

Giving the bike away was one thing, but the way he went out of his way to truly make the day special and memorable for the kid was truly great. That is a day that kid will NEVER forget. Just imagine being in that kid's shoes. First you have a top level pro picking you to be the recipient of a brand new bike. Then they deliver it to your house, pick you up to go to breakfast, then go play, then ride at Deegan's, which as a Southern Cali kid, especially, has to be THE dream place to ride. Then that pro rides along with you burning laps and hitting the ramps. You can't even dream that big.

Dean was using a walker in this video, but now he's in at A1? Does not seem too smart.

I am really impressed with how well he qualified all things considered.

Dean is really a cool guy!
