Davi's already had an incredible season

I'll be the first to admit that I always thought Millsaps wasn't putting in the work during his career. But when he did, look at what we got: seeing him run the red plate for over half the series. And he held it in one of the deepest fields we've ever seen. After the way his career has gone, just have a turnaround like this is astounding. Yeah, it'll be tough to beat Villo because he really is on it, but how many have? Of course I want to see him pull it off, but however it turns out, I'm going to be a Davi fan for a long time. No one can do what he's done and proven this season.

Well it is kind of strange(?) how it all fell apart in two races. I hope he can bounce back.

After the arm injury last weekend the LAST thing he needed was a crash during the week, you could tell he wasnt his usual aggressive self tonight that we have seen all series. Hopefully its not bad, i dont recall if Erin said it was his a leg or knee injury?

Hopefully its nothing serious?

Yeah, really too bad for Davi, but you are absolutly right, OP, he has had an aweseome season so far. I hope he can stay consistant and at least get Top 3 in points.

I'm still very stoked for Davi, and now I hope he can take the next step in winning titles - persevere and recover when times get hard. Whether he can do that or not depends on the state of his arm and knee, but I'm still rooting for him no matter how this comes out. It's still a fairy tale season, he has broken through as the kind of rider that people have been waiting to see, so God bless him and when they intro him in Houston, I'm going to scream my head off.

Yeah, Davi's already done extremely well. Of course, in a racer's mind, that may not be good enough. He'll rebound, but whether he can stop RV remains to be seen.

Daytona is probably the worst track to be nursing an injury on. I think it explains why Stewart and Davi had such bad races. Hopefully he can bounce back next week.

I have to say, it's nice to have a universally positive Vital thread. Well done, PMW491.

Guarantee if he's healed up he will be right in the thick of it the rest of the way. Davi has what it takes to be champion
he is only 2 down. With that said, GO RV1, the threepeat. Watch out for RD5 he is a champion and will be there
till the end.

I hope he gets back on track and wins it. That would really shake things up.
