Today’s social media, Vital, and RC can be a b-tch sometimes. Has there ever been as much fire and brimstone poured out in unison against Dean Wilson?

Everyone’s darling, Ken Roczen finally got the win he’s been so wanting, which is all anyone really cared about. I’m not sure if it was Ken waiting till after the race and throwing a big fit (for coming in 2nd), the absolute rage and hate coming from @Bauer, or demand from RC to incite a flood of destructive anger at Dean Wilson that has caused such a backlash.

Dean injured his leg and was out, but just like Wharton, he has messed with Honda’s pretty boy and most likely will not make it back. His career was in a rebuilding mode, but is prob done at this point.

It’s a brutal sport, not physically sometimes, but unfortunately for Dean, the social bullies and the factory darlings rule.

Dean screwed up. He admitted it. Roczen accepted his apology. Everyone involved has moved on. Why is this still a discussion point?

What did Wharton do? How is that relevant here?

How does Dean getting injured midweek relate in any way to what happened with Roczen? How is it Hondas fault?

Ferrandis was a hated guy last year. Probably more so than Deano is now. And DF is doing fine.

And...the reason Wharton backed away from SX wasn't that he got blackballed by Honda or anybody...he just got tired of the grind, and (at that time anyway) wanted to focus on his music, and an education at University of North Texas. He's currently doing some MX schools, and spending time in the studio with his band.

Poor Dean made a mistake and then owned it and apologized for what happened. I imagine he is moving on and focusing on more important things. Hopefully everybody here can do the same.
