I loved his quote regarding beating MM25
"You won't beat Marvin by bicycling or by going to the gym doing some weird Ryno exercise with one foot on a ball the other on a toaster oven and lifting a Caterpillar loader tire. You will beat him by beating your practice tracks' times by a second."

DV's analyses are always relevant,
and I do not write this because I'm french....
That's what I used to do back when I couldn't afford a gym membership. Now people pay 2-3X a normal gym membership just to push junkyard trash around.
anyway, I love the perspective DV adds. I don't always agree with him but I still love hearing his take. His ability to critique riding technique is amazing.
I like this line in the article. I'm not sure if the JS or J-(S) was intentional but it's a little funny.
I really believe J-Mart has to become J-(S)Mart(er) in SX. Unplugging your brain in SX is never EVER the right thing to do.
