I have question on some wheel building, I'm looking at the D.I.D dirt star stx rims lacing them to prowheel hubs using tusk spoke kits. It says on BTO sports that the rim is only used with stock OEM spokes. I have dirt star original rims on my other bike laced with tusk spokes, so I am a bit lost on why the rims would differ. Thanks fellow Vitals !

Im not 100% knowledgeable on wheel building, but i believe theres spokes that are thicker than oem, and thats what theyre referring to. thicker spokes might not fit? Just guessing

DID Rims are meant to be used with the OEM spoke size, oversize spokes will not work without drilling out the holes etc. If the tusk spoke kit is the same size as OEM (not oversized), you should be fine.

I have laced up 2 different sets of DID dirtstar and STX rims with Tusk spokes. Worked perfect.

Tusk spokes will fit the STX rims. Just know the STX rims are thicker and heavier. Good for freestyle!
