Cycra customer service

Has anybody dealt with Cycra customer service in the recent past? I need some info from them but it seems really hard to get in touch with them. I found this thread on thumpertalk because they also weren't too pumped on Cycra customer service.

First I sent them a private message on facebook on the 29th of November 2018. Facebook messenger said this message was read on the 21th of December but they simply didn't reply. This time I tried the email route. I sent an email out to them on the 21th of January. Ofcourse they haven't answered yet otherwise I wouldn't be making this thread. Just wanna hear if there are others on here who've dealt with them.

And no, please don't suggest ''I should try calling them''. I live in the Netherlands so I'm not gonna make an expensive phone call to America. We live in 2019 and every company should check their email regularly IMO. They seem to have enough time to update their social media pages but dealing with their customers is another story....

You waited a month to e-mail them after they didn't respond to your Facebook message?

What do you want to know?

They are absolutely horrible at answering both on email and social media. I'm not sure how it works in the Netherlands but I called my local dealer, who then contacted Parts Europe and got me the answer I needed. You can contact them yourself if you want sales@partseurope.eu

I second this! I emailed Cycra support one evening and the next morning Dylan responded and helped me out with my questions.

I had a bolt fall out of my cycra skid plate. I emailed them and had a new bolt within a week. Pretty good in my book

I had a similar issue with frontier internet where I live. I posted on Facebook about their shitty customer service and tagged them. Had a response and my issue resolved within an hour.

Trying to contact a company via their social media account or even email is a hilariously sad millennial thing to do.

Here ya go: https://cycra.com/contact-tech/
The contact on your page is exactly what I used... I didn't use the contact form but I used the email address right next to it ''TechSupport@Cycra.com'' because I had to attach some photos.

Ever since they moved out of Ohio customer service is garbage. I’ve chased them around for months last year on an issue with shrouds.

Wasn’t too thrilled with them when I contacted them last spring of 2018. I tried getting the full powerflow kit for my 18 YZ450F. They told me that the molds for the full kits wouldn’t be released until Sept 18 to the public. The previous two year they were out of stock at the beginning of each season for body kits in Canada. I had to order from BTO out of the states. On top of that they don’t send the inserts you need for the plastic and you have to pry the stock ones out from your original plastic. Needless to say I’ve switched over to Acerbis and half the price.
