Crf 150 big frame

Hi,
Does anybody know where I can buy a bigger frame for my sons Crf 150?
as he wants to do another year on it before going up to youth 125

Bought a Riwa back in -08, cost like 3000$ with swingarm lengtheners and longer fork legs, plus i built a longer Öhlins shock to fit.
Worked fine but i really should have gone up to a bigger bike but i hadnt turned 14 yet so my dad felt that it would be a bit early.

A 125 or 250f with slightly lowered suspension isnt a bad option if frames are so costly.
