Looks like parts bikes to me. If somebody REALLY needed something from one those three...maybe $400-$500 tops.

People pull scrap iron from a pile of leaves and think its worth something like they just mined some rare earth metal.

I'm certainly no expert on Simons forks but how can you tell they are Simons forks?

They look like the stock yellow fork legs to me.

Don't look like stock forks to me-but I'm pretty old and my memory sucks.

Right---Definitely not Simons. Simons don't have the drain hole located there. They also have a slight ridge and a raised portion at the bottom of the legs. Also they are a slightly larger lower tubes than stock. Those ones look like stock forks painted yellow ,however the axle lug does look a little different than stock, triples are stock units as well. Im thinking that package is more in the 700-900 range. Crusher is right, that CT alone is worth 500 ish

Not Simons... Or anything else trick for that matter. That is a clapped out 1983 RM. The 1983 RM's came with yellow fork protectors on their lower forks stock.
