Obviously a custom build. The frame mods alone are nothing short of cutting edge.

Just noticed the rebar frame and custom rear brake rebar extension. Great upgrades!

Looks totally legit , and I'd definitely trust my life on that bike , in traffic , doing about 75mph. Incredible build.

"was 125cc. Nows its a 212cc."

I bet that clutch f--kin rips your neck back... or just smokes and smells like burnt seat foam.

There are some interesting 212 conversions on YouTube. Most are hack jobs and you just have to wonder why but there's this guy , I think his name is Mike Festiva , who put a predator 212 in an xr 100 chassis and actually did a good job and it looked like it went pretty good. There was another one with a kid who put one in an early 80s compact pickup lol. It went like 20 mph surprisingly. Didn't think it would even move the thing but it worked.

Also one in an old full sized tractor. Looks funny, but seems to work well.

But the thing is: there are plenty of Chinese Honda-style motorcycle engines available (some that will bolt directly into an XR/XL), without having to retrofit to a Chinese Lawnmower type engine.

Really like the rebar welded onto the rear brake. With that much power it’s important you can stop safely, as well as pierce someone’s leg if you want.

True but are they $99 with a coupon at harbor freight ? Plus I think some do it just for fun and they'd rather rider with a torque converter than shift. And I'm in no way sticking up for the one in this Craig's ad . It's a hacked up p.o.s. but there are some decent conversions out there.

My neighbor has an old Ford Courier that hasn't run for many years. Maybe I can get it for a HF V-twin conversion.
Power to spare, baby!

Well cool . That's probably what I would use but I guess these guys like to fab stuff up. I have to say that Festiva xr 100 conversion looked like a blast to ride. Just twist the throttle and go.
