No its not... i wpuld say its pretty equal.

something is obviously wrong with covington. He's been beating Hunter lawrence more than not in the GPs and Hunter Qualified 3rd.

Its obvious something is not right, if its an injury or a total mental breakdown i dont know.

Agreed, there has to be something really wrong with him. If it is injury, just end this misery and get healthy. Riding like this is going to do nothing for his head. If it is just his head....going to be a long year. At this rate he won't even earn a national number for 2020.

Yes along with some AMA vs GP discussions or I know, how about Tomac vs Herlings?

It’s an interesting phenomenon that adults would think to actually start or negatively comment on a thread shitting on some 23yo who races dirt bikes.

I agree, Hunter Lawrence was barely a top 5 rider in GPs and now here qualified 3.

I don’t think this thread is to rip on Covington...I think it’s to rip on the GP’s, and rub it in the GP fanboys face. Covington is just collateral damage in that game.

That says more about Aussies than the GP''s. Jerry Robin was quicker in practice....he should be winning in Europe.

Actually, it was neither of those two things. It was merely a factual comment and observation. I was hoping to see him do better this weekend...…… maybe he'll go 1-1 anyway...…...

Mitchell Harrison results show Shocked 25th in time practice
both Harisson and Covington were top 5 in USGP 2017 Jacksonville ..

Yet you took the time to click on it and comment. I’ve never understood the logic about gripping about threads. If it’s a subject you’re tired of discussing or reading about, there’s a super simple yet effective solution... Just keep scrolling rather than clicking on it. Solved.

Covingtons problem is all the familiar and similar kinds of food here in America. Much different in Europe, takes a while to get used to it. ?

Last week I said I thought something was wrong with him, but I've changed my mind and here is why.

If there was an injury or illness the team and Covington would want to mention it rather than leaving everyone to speculate that he is just a bust in terms of factory riders. To me it doesn't make sense in this situation to stay silent if there is an obvious reason for his results.

For whatever reason he isn't up to par, but I don't think it's a significant injury or illness.

Harrisions last 2 races outdoors 2018 in USA he was 3rd at Unadilla and 4th at Budds Creek ..

and you forgot to mention he raced only 8 races in 2018 outdoors ??
so youre point is ?? comparing a season average in AMA to his best race in MXGP ?

lol ...dude , you need to do better if you want the AMA to look a lot better ...

But those were by far his best races last season. The rest of the season he was, for the most part, between 10th and 15th. And was 12th in points.

Once he completes a full GP season we will see where he ends up...

You guys should support or cheer for him instead of blaming the guy or turning it all the time into a AMA vs GP thing.

He is Injured or struggle with something big time. Do you think he likes this or he came back for?

Zach Osborne was just OK until he rode the GP's and then when he got back to the USA he was blazing fast,
