Since Cooper straight up showed Herlings who was boss in Charlotte 2016, Cooper has gone on to win more world championships (2) than Herlings (1) in the same period of time.

Next time they race each other Cooper Webb will put it to Herlings again

Webb isnt even close to herlings speed on a 450. The deciding factor if that even happens is if jeffy boi can keep it on 2 wheels

I know FIM called supercross a "world" championship but you can never convince me a world championship have all their races in the same country (or on occasion the neighboring one).

Outdoors? not close. Supercross? also not close. I am of the camp that if our guys did motocross 100% of the time the gap would be non existent between AMA vs GP.

Doesn't Herlings have just as many 450 Pro Motocross wins as Webb? Now that's a stat for you.

I'm a Webb fan. That victory over Herlings in Chartlotte was epic and legit as fuck, but....
A healthy Herlings is the baddest cat around on an mx track. The only threat to a dialed in, 100% Herlings on a 450 is a "feeling it" Tomac in beast mode. My opinion at least.
On a supercross track, Webb is the baddest cat around.
They are both narly as fuck in their own right. No need to compare or take away from either guy.
I will add this, however, if anyone is ever able whoop Herlings on a motocross track AND whoop Webb on a supercross track, it is probably gonna be a dude in a mullet on a yamaha with a french accent.

Webb said Herlings thought he was talking to Forkner, and Webb clarified to Herlings that he was in fact talking to him. Webb said he knew by Herlings face that he had him beat that moto before the gate even dropped. I’ve never been a huge Webb fan because he seemed a bit cocky, but I’ve become a fan because anytime I’ve heard of him talking smack, he went out and actually delivered on his talk. Like him or not, his mental game deserves some respect.
