After winning his first mxgp title. Herlings received the royal award from the minister of sport here in Holland.
Someone who has made a special achievement will be knighted in the Netherlands. A reward from the royal family.
And that is great news for our sport. If such titles are given away to motocross riders, that is very positive for the image of the sport and hopeful for the future of our sport.
